Skyways Group was founded by our current Chairman, Mr. S.L. Sharma, with a team of four people in the year 1983. Over the last four decades, the group has grown to add a wide range of logistics services to its portfolio like Air freight, Ocean freight, Fairs & Exhibition logistics, Express, First & Last mile logistics (Deliveries), LCL consolidation, movement of dangerous goods, livestock and Healthcare Logistics etc.
Headquartered in New Delhi, the Group employs over 950+ personnel spread across its 32 locations in India and its overseas offices in Germany, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand and Cambodia. The company has key leading certifications and industry accreditations including: IATA, MTO, AEO, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, GDP and RP etc.
We have received several recognitions and accolades in our four-decade journey. We have been the No. 1 Air freight forwarder from the year 2017 as per the World ACD. We are among the top 30 forwarders, globally, on e-AWB as per the IATA report.

Forin Container Line Pvt. Ltd. is our Ocean Freight arm. It is a leading NVOCC and ocean freight forwarder with a wide presence in the global market. It focusses on offering state of the art services including :Full container load, Less than container load, Buyers consolidation services, Perishable logistics, Reefer consolidation, Custom clearance & transportation, Buying & selling of containers, Project logistics & solutions, Project logistics & solutions, Special equipment movement, ISO tank handling, First & last mile connectivity, Freight management solutions and 4 PL integration services etc.
Phantom Express Pvt Ltd. is a Smart Transportation Solution for logistics service providers. The company’s area of expertise is to provide you with the best of the Surface Logistics solutions. With Phantom Express, our customers can be certain that their shipments reach their destination on time, without any hassle. We have over 300 owned and contracted fleet of trucks including dry and reefer vehicles. We provide complete visibility of our trucks through advanced GPS devices. Phantom Express, has been helping customers in avoiding wastage and cutting logistics costs for them.

HubLoad SLS Services Pvt. Ltd. is our dedicated group company that offers LCL consolidation services. We group together smaller shipments to and from various ports, backed by string technology. This helps customers to have seamless movement of their smaller shipments.
sGate Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers state of the art IT solutions to logistics companies and few other industries too.
